Update: Order Statements

We have updated the view/print order statement functionality. The update will enable you to insert page breaks and also view order comments on the printable statements. Page breaks will limit one order per page.

Individual order statements can be accessed using the manage orders page or the ‘Orders by Individual’ report. Both require you to select the check box of the orders to view or print. On the manage orders page, select ‘Print Selected’ from the action select box. On the ‘Orders by Individual’ report, simply click the view/print orders button.

The order statement page now contains a gray box at the top. Within the box you can select your preferences. Click the ‘Update’ button for the changes to take effect. The gray box will not be printed.

Create Purchase Order Changes

We have updated how the auto create purchase order option adds certificates to purchase orders. This change only affects the ‘certificates to order’ option. The ‘certificates to order’ previously created purchase orders using only the following criteria: current inventory, minimum inventory, and unfilled orders. It was brought to our attention that certificates on back order were being ordered again. As a result, we have changed the logic.

The ‘certificates to order’ option will now also check for certificates on back ordered purchase orders. If you have a certificate or certificates from a prior purchase order that has not been added to inventory (ordered or on back order), that certificate will not be reordered.

Here is an example of how certificates are added using the ‘certificates to order’ option.

Example

Certificate: Store XYZ
Inventory: $400
Backordered: + $200
All Unfilled Orders: - $500
Projected Inventory: $100
Minimum Inventory: $300
Amount to Order: $200

The create order report (located on the right side of the purchase order form) now will display the back ordered amount for each certificate added. This report is now also available for the ‘All Unfilled Orders’ option.

Update: Reports

The reports that were temporarily disabled are now available again.

The new report section has been available for the last few weeks. Please continue to familiarize yourself with the enhancements. We will discontinue the old report section in the upcoming weeks.

The new report section has been redesigned to make generating and comparing reports easier.  We hope you enjoy this update to Manna Manager.

New Report Section

The report section layout has been changed to make viewing and analyzing your data easier. All of the reports you are use to are still available along with some new reports. Additional reports will be added in the near future.

We are also continually working on updating the speed at which the reports are generated especially for high use organizations with large amounts of data. We have reduced the load time for many reports however there are still a few we are working on. Please provide any feedback you have.

New Administration Home Page

We have released a new administration home page to help improve your experience. Here is a guide to the new items and what you will see.

Design

The design has been updated to better highlight the important information within your account. The design will enable us to also offer a customizable home page in the future.

Account Snapshot

This box is a summary of your account information. If new user or new order alerts are present, they will be displayed first. For accounts with scheduled ordering enabled, the current order period stats are displayed along with the next available order period.

Next the number of unpaid and unfilled orders is displayed. Finally, Inventory information including the amount in inventory, unfilled orders and outstanding purchase orders are presented. All data under both orders and inventory contain links to view the respective information in detail.

Favorites

A list of your favorite links will make it easy to quickly navigate to your common tasks. To change your favorite links click the edit icon. You will then be able to add, delete and rearrange your favorites list. Click here for more information on changing your favorites.

Help

We have added a search box to make locating helpful knowledgebase articles easier. Additionally popular knowledgebase articles are listed along with links to the different areas of the support center.

Software Tip

Manna Manager can be overwhelming at times. Here we will try to provide common tips and functionality information to make using the software easier. You can view additional tips by clicking on the bullet links at the bottom of the box. Please take a few minutes each week to read the tips.

Order Form Typeahead

Thanks to your feedback we have are working on modifying the certificate typeahead used in the order forms. We have had comments that it is incorrectly selecting certificates.

To start we have changed the typeahead to require a minimum of two (2) characters to be entered before it searches. We hope this reduces the incorrect certificate selections.

We would appreciate any feedback either positive or negative with regards to this change by submitting you comments via a support request.

Purchase Order Enhancements

Thanks to your suggestions, we have made a few minor improvements to the purchase order form. The first it the ability to export a purchase order to a .csv file. This can be found in the options box. The second is a ‘create’ report. This create report is currently only available for future purchase orders automatically created using the ‘Certificates to Order’ option. The create report will help you understand what certificates were ordered and why. We hope you enjoy these simple yet useful additions to Manna Manager.

View Inventory Cost

We have added the option to view the cost of the certificates in inventory. This can be found on the current inventory report (Reports>Inventory>Current Inventory). Simply check the ‘Show Cost of Inventory’ box to include the cost in the report results. The inventory cost is the amount that was paid for the certificates. We hope you enjoy this simple yet useful addition to Manna Manager.

All Accounts Upgraded to 3.6.5

We are happy to announce all accounts are now using Manna Manager version 3.6.5. This is a most stable and feature rich version to date. This version includes many bug and stability fixes in addition to these notable features:

  • Add user report
  • Updated user page to enable better searching and bulk updating of users
  • User ordering enabled/disabled in either or both the admin and user sides. Users can now be given login access to see their history but not ordering access.
  • Optional SPAM captcha for contact form
  • Add/delete pickup options

Manna Manager v3.6.5 Preview

We are getting closer to the release of the the latest software update. Currently in the finally testing phase, version 3.6.5 is scheduled to be available in less then one week.
