We have added a new add-on to Manna Manager. The logging of inventory history is now available. To enable this add-on go to Administration>Settings>Add-ons.
The Inventory History add-on logs the current inventory every night when the add-on is enabled. You can then view past inventory data by viewing the inventory history report located in the Reports section under the inventory list.
The inventory history log is available for at least 1 year. Remember inventory is logged only when the add-on is enabled, therefore no past history is available.

The report section layout has been changed to make viewing and analyzing your data easier. All of the reports you are use to are still available along with some new reports. Additional reports will be added in the near future.
We are also continually working on updating the speed at which the reports are generated especially for high use organizations with large amounts of data. We have reduced the load time for many reports however there are still a few we are working on. Please provide any feedback you have.

Manna Manager Desktop Lite is our first application released. It is an application that runs on your computer and monitors your Manna Manager account. Whenever a new orders is received, the application alerts you with a message and links directing you to your Manna Manager administration account.
To download this application, visit the ‘Addons’ page located inside your administration area. (Administration>Settings>Addons)
This application is free until November 1st after which the price will be $10.

We have released a new administration home page to help improve your experience. Here is a guide to the new items and what you will see.
Design
The design has been updated to better highlight the important information within your account. The design will enable us to also offer a customizable home page in the future.
Account Snapshot
This box is a summary of your account information. If new user or new order alerts are present, they will be displayed first. For accounts with scheduled ordering enabled, the current order period stats are displayed along with the next available order period.
Next the number of unpaid and unfilled orders is displayed. Finally, Inventory information including the amount in inventory, unfilled orders and outstanding purchase orders are presented. All data under both orders and inventory contain links to view the respective information in detail.
Favorites
A list of your favorite links will make it easy to quickly navigate to your common tasks. To change your favorite links click the edit icon
. You will then be able to add, delete and rearrange your favorites list. Click here for more information on changing your favorites.
Help
We have added a search box to make locating helpful knowledgebase articles easier. Additionally popular knowledgebase articles are listed along with links to the different areas of the support center.
Software Tip
Manna Manager can be overwhelming at times. Here we will try to provide common tips and functionality information to make using the software easier. You can view additional tips by clicking on the bullet links at the bottom of the box. Please take a few minutes each week to read the tips.

Manna Manager has always been a feature rich scrip software program. New features are often a direct result of your feedback. As Manna Manager gains more features, we have decided to create a section for you to choose what new features you would like to be included in your account.
Giving you the choice to chose what new features to add will reduce the complexity of Manna Manager by not overloading you with features that your program might never use. We are calling these optional features ‘addons’.
Additionally we are starting to develop desktop applications. These applications will work outside the browser window and run directly on your desktop. These applications will extend and add to certain features of Manna Manager. More information on applications will be released as they are developed.
These addons and applications take time and staff to develop. As a result, some will require a fee to cover this development cost. The fee will only be required if you choose to use the desired addon or application. We chose this fee based method to allow us to continue the core development of Manna Manager while simultaneously adding to its capability to help manage your scrip fundraising program. These addons will likely be more specific features that not every account will need. General features that will be widely used will still be included in future software updates without additional cost.

Thanks to your feedback we have are working on modifying the certificate typeahead used in the order forms. We have had comments that it is incorrectly selecting certificates.
To start we have changed the typeahead to require a minimum of two (2) characters to be entered before it searches. We hope this reduces the incorrect certificate selections.
We would appreciate any feedback either positive or negative with regards to this change by submitting you comments via a support request.

Thanks to your suggestions, we have made a few minor improvements to the purchase order form. The first it the ability to export a purchase order to a .csv file. This can be found in the options box. The second is a ‘create’ report. This create report is currently only available for future purchase orders automatically created using the ‘Certificates to Order’ option. The create report will help you understand what certificates were ordered and why. We hope you enjoy these simple yet useful additions to Manna Manager.

We have added the option to view the cost of the certificates in inventory. This can be found on the current inventory report (Reports>Inventory>Current Inventory). Simply check the ‘Show Cost of Inventory’ box to include the cost in the report results. The inventory cost is the amount that was paid for the certificates. We hope you enjoy this simple yet useful addition to Manna Manager.

We are happy to announce all accounts are now using Manna Manager version 3.6.5. This is a most stable and feature rich version to date. This version includes many bug and stability fixes in addition to these notable features:
- Add user report
- Updated user page to enable better searching and bulk updating of users
- User ordering enabled/disabled in either or both the admin and user sides. Users can now be given login access to see their history but not ordering access.
- Optional SPAM captcha for contact form
- Add/delete pickup options
- Cancel and/or delete orders and option to return filled certificates back to inventory
- Option to unfill specific certificates in an order

- Detailed summary of how order discount is calculated

We are getting closer to the release of the the latest software update. Currently in the finally testing phase, version 3.6.5 is scheduled to be available in less then one week.
